So sorry to just finding of losing of Rich. We first met as football teammates. I was immediately impressed with his obviously natural talents as a quarterback. Unfortunately in those days most offenses relied almost exclusively on the running game for moving the sticks. Therefore Rich's most outstanding ability to throw the football was not taken advantage of. Besides being a great teammate I also found him to be a great friend with a great sense of humor which we obviously both enjoyed.
George , I agree with your comments. I was on that team and was also his receiver in a sandlot league - he had a great arm. P.S. you too were an excellent athlete and I enjoyed our time together.
Hi George I just found your comments about Richy. We had lots of fun times sitting next to each other alpabetically. I believe Richy inherited his great sense of humor from his dad who if memory serves was one of the Bishop Brothers along with comedian Joey Bishop. Best regards Gary Reiser
