David Lowenthal

I was lucky enough to have David visit Sarasota while he was in Gainesville at the U. of Fla. David was always upbeat and positive. He made an unbelievable recovery from a devastating stroke and continued his professional career when many would have folded and quit. Sandy and I think of he and Ronnie often. He will be missed.  When remembering David I always think about a story he told me. He was acting as an expert witness, in a legal case here in Sarasota. Upon testifying,he was asked his name and qualifications. He replied,"I'm Dr. David Lowenthal and I'm from the Gator nation". The judge admonished David and told him he couldn't say something like that. David replied, "you must be from Florida State.."

Sandy and I send our deepest condolences to Ronnie. Rest in peace, David
