I just read an obituary of our fellow Central High student, Bruce James Campbell, and I have to say I am so proud of Bruce's long and wonderful history while on our earth. I confess that while I knew him, I did not know him well while at school with our Class of 210, but as I noted above, he became a wonderful and strong person who lived his life well. My best wishes to Bruce's family.
My God, I thought he'd outlive us all. Didn't keep in touch with him. Didn't know he was at Penn State same time I was. Brings out my inner patriot. What the hell, we're all occupiers, and even trees, roots in the ground, get cut down. My sadness is bewildering, head full of how big-hearted Bruce was.
